RETURNS

The Self-Care Sunday Co. values every customer and we want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your purchase is delivered to request the return of your item(s). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused and unopened.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@selfcaresundayco.com to request an RA#. Please include your order number, item number(s), and the reason for your return in the email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RA#, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Include your RA# on the outside of your return package so it can be easily identified
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Sorry, we do not offer exchanges at this time

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
