A: Thank you for shopping The Self-Care Sunday Co.! All orders will be shipped via USPS (2-3 day) Priority Mail Service within 48 hours of your purchase. If there is a delay in shipping your order, it will be communicated to you via email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused and unopened.

We also recommend checking with your apartment/building management, landlord, concierge, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.
